I found counselling very eye-opening. It allowed me to explore aspects of my life, childhood, and relationships that I had never thought to consider, ponder, or question.

Counselling helped me discover my identity and overcome a difficult period in my life.

I liked the way Sam created a safe, judgement-free environment, which allowed me to explore my thoughts and feelings around difficult subjects.

I’m glad I stuck with counselling, even during the harder sessions, as that hard work is what yields real results. By sticking with it, I now feel confident in my ability to take the next steps in my life, move forward from a difficult event, and the ability to take time to pause and consider my feelings and the situation.
